Tudor Squares have three levels of American Square Dance sessions, which are held on different days each week.
The first level is “Mainstream” which is held on Thursday evenings between 20:00 – 22:00
Venue: Highfield Community Centre, Bellgate, Hemel Hempstead. Herts HP2 5SB
The Mainstream programme has 50 moves and is the easiest session for new dancers.
All the Mainstream moves have recently been revised, the “New Mainstream” call list will be active from September 2026.

The second level is “Plus” which is held on Monday evenings between 19:30 – 21:30 and also has 50 moves and is the next level for dancers.

All the Plus moves have recently been revised and the “New Plus ” call list will be active from September 2026.
Some of the Plus level programme moves have been moved from either up from the Mainstream (Shown in RED), or down (Shown in Green), from the Advanced level programmes.

New PLUS Programme – September 2026
The third level is “Advanced” (A1 & A2) and is held on Friday evenings at Gadebridge Community centre, between 20:00 – 22:00 and has about 95 moves.
Venue: Gadebridge Community Centre, Rossgate, Galley Hill, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP1 3LG
NOTE: Some of the Advanced level programme moves have been moved down to the PLUS Programme from the Advanced level programmes.
