Tudor Squares Square Dance Club is where you can enjoy learning and taking part in American Square Dancing.<\/h2>\n

New Beginners Taster Sessions<\/span><\/h1>\n

Come along and try something different \u2013 fun and gentle exercise for the brain and body with friendly people, refreshments provided.<\/b><\/h2>\n

Come along with your partner or bring a friend, family member or neighbour, or come on your own and make new friends.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Lots of laughter and gentle exercise, an easy way to add to your daily steps total!<\/span><\/h3>\n

Why not take the opportunity to enjoy a new form of exercise which is good for both the body and brain, and it\u2019s much more interesting than pounding the streets or the treadmill at the gym to keep fit and healthy.<\/span><\/h3>\n

We have been enthusiastically dancing for many years and new members are always welcome to join us. Most of us never intended to be square dancers but we gave it a go and were amazed how much we enjoyed it. We still make mistakes, but that makes us laugh even more!<\/span><\/h3>\n

It\u2019s called Square Dancing but it\u2019s nothing like \u201cStrictly\u201d. No special clothes needed \u2013 just what you are comfortable in \u2013 <\/span>and no fancy footwork so it doesn\u2019t matter if you\u2019ve two left feet!<\/b><\/h3>\n

We welcome you to join us for a\u00a0 FREE<\/span> evening on the First Thursday \u00a0of the month, between 8pm and 10pm at Highfield Community Centre, Fletcher Way,Hemel Hempstead,HP2 5SB<\/b><\/h3>\n
